In their two years at MIT, students focus on critical areas of operations, including supply chain design, manufacturing processes, product design and development, operations management, information technology, teamwork, leadership, change management and systems thinking. By participating in the LGO program, students earn an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Master of Science from MIT’s School of Engineering.
